Products are eligible for Replacement if the Product that you received is damaged, not same as you ordered. For replacement Unboxing Video of the parcel is necessary.
How do I return an item purchased from BrandFactoryPro?
We offer its customers an ’Easy replacement policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 2 days of its delivery.
Sometimes we may ask you to courier the product , in such case it should be done within 3 days of receiving the product and tracking ID should be shared with us else you will be not eligible for Return or Replacement after this period .
We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Simple Steps to Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Sometimes it may be possible that we ask you to courier the product due to Unavailability of the pickup, in such case you will get the refund for the courier amount up to Rs 200 . The product has to be couriered within 3 days from the date of the delivery. In failing doing so, you will be not eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund.
These policies can be changed anytime without informing you. So it is your duty to check it and we will be not held responsible.
Cancellation of order for products within 6 hours without penalty, except the 5% Bank Charges
After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 8 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email or calling us and giving your Order Number.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. www.brandfactorypro.com has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.brandfactorypro.com and accept www.brandfactorypro.com decision regarding the cancellation.
If customer anyhow wants to cancel the order after time period of 6 Hours then a Cancellation charge of 20% will have to paid by the customer, however the final decision will be made by brandedfragrance.com whether the product should be cancelled or not as products are imported from abroad location and custom clearances takes time so it cannot be cancelled. However If the decision is made in customer’s favor then money will be refunded deducting 20% handling Charges.
We will accept return of goods only if Unboxing video is provided to us and goods are in the same condition as we sent them (Sealed in its Original Packing). We won’t accept return if the product is tampered and you did not like the product or find it weak or any other reason. The return should be claimed within 5 days. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
The item may be damaged during transit
There might be a manufacturing defect
If any wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Also please note that electronics products once sold cannot be returned. However guidance will be provided from our team.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
For Products with Warranty
If the product is covered in warranty then we will replace the product. However the shipping Charges have to be borne by the customer only and we will replace the product as soon as possible.
What if I did not take the shipment?
Our Courier partners will attempt to deliver three times. If the customer did not take this in any condition then customer have to pay extra shipping charges to ship the product again.
