“You must be wondering why there is no Cash on Delivery(COD) feature?.”
We started with cash on delivery to gain trust & grow in our business, however the move did not help us. Customers used to place order with COD and later on when delivery agent tried to deliver at doorstep, customers simply refused to accept the parcel saying "we don't have money right now/ we don't want the product/ come tomorrow," etc reasons.
Hence the main motive of stopping cash on delivery feature is it affected our monetary circulation as well as we incurred heavy losses on return shipments.
